Who we are

JPx Web is run by JPx Advisory AB (org.nr 559549-4526), Stockholm, Sweden. We are responsible for the personal details you send us.

What we collect

When you fill in our form on Facebook or Instagram, or message us, we receive the details you give us: your name, business name, trade, service area, phone number, email address, whether you have a website, where your work comes from, and the best time to call.

Why we use it

Only to contact you about a website or related services for your business, and to send you a quote or agreement if you ask for one. We don't sell your details or use them for anything else.

Who sees it

Our team, including Emma, our local contact in Australia. We use trusted service providers to receive and store enquiries, such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and tools for storing and forwarding enquiries. They only process your details on our behalf.

How long we keep it

If we don't end up working together, we delete your details within 12 months. If we do, we keep what we need for the work and our accounts.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time. We handle your details under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and Australian privacy law may also apply.
